ANC 3648
We didn't get to the clinic until after 11:00 because Alan slept so late after waking at 5:30 to throw up. We gave him Zofran, cleaned him up and rocked him back to sleep.
Alan had a slight fever this morning - a blood culture was sent to the lab. In the mean time, a little Tylenol will hopefully bring it down. He got a little more Zofran as well so we're waiting in the Mushroom Room again to see if it all makes him feel better. One of the side effects of vincristine is neuropathy, where Alan would feel increased tingling in his extremities. He's displaying a little of that, as seen by his fingers playing and touching his toes and arms. The Tylenol should help with that too.
If we're lucky, he'll be up to eating a little something once the Zofran kicks in. The ANC is down, but understandable since he just had chemotherapy yesterday.
