06/01 10:00Day 2 and the port gave us trouble again. We couldn't get any blood return, so we had to spend an extra hour sitting around with TPA. Alan was good, but after an hour with the TPA and hour and a half for the Irinotecan, he was eager to get off the couch and get out!

As we gathered our things to go, we saw Alan's big buddy Nicholas! He has been out of treatment since Valentine's Day and was tickled to see Alan. It was fun comparing the hair they each had growing back in.
