We spent the weekend shopping for a spa for the boys to do their physical therapy in. Luckily there was a home show in town this weekend, so we could see all the dealers in one place. With all the prep work everything should be in place in a month or so - ready for Alan to splash around post-cast.
He's been standing and trying to walk. With the beautiful weather, we've taken him into the backyard to play with the sand table. He had a great time, even though we had to break out the Dust Buster to get the sand off him and the cast. He's also been playing Fruit Ninja on the Touch - he gets really excited slicing up all the fruit flying around!
He's been asking for bubbles and working hard "chasing" them. We hope all the rolling and reaching tires him out so he'll sleep well, but if the past is any indication he'll still have energy to burn! Harold thinks that he somehow found a way to tap into zero-point energy (or universe juice as he likes to call it) which fits in with his baby ninja skills. Hopefully in one week he will finally be out of the cast!
