A quick visit with Doc A today to check on Alan's counts. Doc A decided to give Alan his dose of Vincristine today and talked about possible scheduling for another dose of chemo before surgery. I was concerned the low white counts could interfere with the scans and surgery, but Doc A wants to send him into surgery with the smallest tumor possible. Alan has always handled Irinotecan well, and we will see how he recovers from this last round. While the plan is fluid, we are tentatively looking at chemotherapy the week of November 15, with one day off on the 17th while we are in Houston to meet with the plastic surgeon.
