Doc P was happy with Alan's counts and gave us the thumbs up to proceed with Alan's birthday party on Friday. We don't need to come back to the office until next Monday! Regarding Alan's hair, Doc P was not worried about it's re-appearance. He's on a different chemo schedule then last year, so his reactions are different too.

Doc P thinks Alan will be fine with just Vincristine on Monday, though Doc A would like him to have the Irinotecan too. We'll see what Doc H-J, the pediatric oncology surgeon at MD Anderson, has to say during our consultation with her tomorrow.
