Office visit 10/8

Today was a quick visit for counts, to be sure that Alan will be fine for chemotherapy on Monday. After the souped up white count on Monday (thanks to a weekend of Neupogen), his counts have dropped to more normal levels. We'll have another quick check of his counts on Monday morning to be sure before we are admitted into the hospital.

Alan was especially feisty today, being noisier than usual. He was much happier when we got home and he was able to run free. Trying to keep him confined while hooked up to an IV next week will be a real challenge. He's been having fun tailing his big brother - hiding behind curtains playing peek-a-boo with Mommy, blowing bubbles and splashing in the bathtub, and generally turning himself into Kevin's shadow. He may be starting the Terrible Twos early, but we love his enthusiasm!
