08/26 11:22Doc A was very happy with how Alan looked today, even though Alan wouldn't walk for him. He was still pleased with his leg movement and how little he felt of the tumor. We talked a little about physical therapy, which he would like Alan to start after the tumor comes out.

We'll be going into the hospital tomorrow for what will hopefully be the last round of chemotherapy. The doc wants Alan to have another CAT scan and echocardiogram at the start of our hospital stay - the echo to make sure Alan's heart is in good condition for the Adriamycin, and the CAT scan to get a look at the tumor and bone. It was a quick visit and we were home in no time for Alan to nap and Mommy to pack for the next few days.
We can't wait to hear an update about the surgery! It sounds like you all had fun on your WELL DESERVED vacation! :) We are keeping Alan in our prayers too. Kris, Michele, & Liam
