Office visit 10/22

We had a quick visit to check Alan's counts. He's ready for chemo on Monday, and Doc A mentioned the possibility of yet another round after three weeks. Since we are not taking Alan in for surgery until December 9, he wanted to be sure the tumor was as small and as dead as possible. However, I'm a little concerned because that leaves just the bare three week for his counts to recover, and as we saw during this last round he needed more than that. We don't want to risk delaying the surgery any more, so we'll see how things are in November.
