No counts today since Doc P is on his own on a weekend. Since we started the chemo on Tuesday because of our family trip, the last day of this round is over the weekend. Doc P was on call this weekend, so he met us at the office. Since the rest of the staff was off, Irma wasn't there to run the tests on a blood draw. Doc P handled the treatment itself. Alan has been handling it very well this week - Irinotecan has tended to be easy on him. Once again, there was no need for any pre- or post-hydration so we were soon on our way home!
After a week of having his port accessed, Alan was completely free tonight and SO happy to splash in the bath tub. But it's back to the office on Monday for Vincristine and counts.
